The invention provides a vehicle tire burst control method and system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent driving. The vehicle tire burst control method comprises the steps that tire burst detection is conducted in the vehicle running process; in response to the detected tire burst signal, intelligent driving is activated or locked based on the driving information of the vehicle; the driving information comprises at least one of a driving speed and a driving road surface; under the condition that intelligent driving is activated, the driving working condition of the vehicle is automatically controlled based on the current driving speed of the vehicle; under the condition that intelligent driving is locked, in response to an operation signal received on a control component of the vehicle, the driving working condition of the vehicle is controlled; the driving working condition comprises at least one of the driving speed, the driving direction and the engine rotating speed of the vehicle. According to the method provided by the invention, further vehicle damage caused by untimely response or panic operation of a driver can be prevented under the condition that the tire of the vehicle is punctured.
