The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cooling water pipe arrangement structure that can effectively protect a cooling water pipe from a collision load and prevent breakage during a collision from the front of a vehicle. A cooling water pipe arrangement structure (1) in a vehicle provided with: a motor (11) arranged such that an output shaft (11a) faces the left-right direction of the vehicle; an inverter (12) disposed substantially directly above or substantially directly below the motor (11); and a cooling water pipe (13) through which cooling water for cooling the motor (11) and/or the inverter (12) flows, characterized in that, in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the foremost position of the motor (11) is disposed substantially aligned with the foremost position of the inverter (12), and the cooling water pipe (13) is disposed in a space (S) of a gap between the motor (11) and the inverter (12) in the vertical direction.
