The cooling unit (33) has a housing (330) arranged on the surface section (322) for conducting the coolant flow (F), the housing (330) being open on the side facing the surface section (322), and an electrically insulating separating layer (331A, 331B) being arranged between the housing (330) and the surface section (322), the surface section (322) being arranged on a first side of the separating layer (331A, 331B), and the coolant flow (F) flowing on a second side of the separating layer (331A, 331B).
