The embodiment of the invention discloses a railway standard wheel set detection method based on a scanning technology. The railway standard wheel set detection method comprises the steps that a standard wheel set to be detected is installed on a wheel set detection device; controlling the wheel set detection device to scan and obtain scanning parameters of different positions of the standard wheel set to be detected; processing the scanning parameters of different positions to obtain geometric parameters of the standard wheel set to be measured; comparing the measured geometric parameters of the standard wheel set with the theoretical geometric parameters of the standard wheel set, and determining the accuracy grade of the standard wheel set to be measured. The wheel set detection device is controlled to scan the standard wheel set to be detected, and scanning parameters are acquired and processed, so that the automation degree of wheel set detection is increased, errors caused by manual measurement are reduced, the detection accuracy is improved, and the detection efficiency is improved. More accurate and reliable data are provided for follow-up quantity value traceability, wheel set structure analysis, precision degradation analysis, wheel set use precision life prediction and wheel set accuracy level determination.
本发明实施例公开了一种基于扫描技术的铁路标准轮对检测方法,包括将待测标准轮对安装在轮对检测装置上;控制轮对检测装置扫描获取待测标准轮对不同位置的扫描参数;对不同位置的扫描参数进行处理获得待测标准轮对的几何参数;将测得标准轮对的几何参数和标准轮对的理论几何参数进行比对,确定待测标准轮对的准确度等级。通过控制轮对检测装置对待测标准轮对进行扫描,并获取扫描参数进行处理的方式,增加了轮对检测的自动化程度,减小了人工测量带来的误差,提高了检测精确度,为后续进行量值溯源、轮对结构分析、精度退化分析、轮对使用精度寿命预测及确定轮对准确度等级提供更为准确、可靠的数据。
