The pressing plate 3 is provided with a plurality of through holes 5 arranged at intervals, the lower surface of the pressing plate 3 is further provided with a plurality of jacking columns 4 arranged at intervals, the through holes 5 and the jacking columns 4 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the lower end faces of the jacking columns 4 do not exceed the lower end face of the sealing rubber ring 2. The device can prevent a material bag below the vacuum chuck from protruding and deforming, and can be used for sucking and hanging a double-layer packaging material bag with separated inner and outer packaging bags.
