The invention relates to fishing equipment for a large spacecraft under high sea conditions. The fishing equipment comprises the following steps that S1, a power expander is lowered; s2, a net is lowered and placed; s3, intercepting the spacecraft; s4, the spacecraft is hoisted; s5, hauling the net; and S6, the power expander is hoisted. Each link is simpler and more convenient to operate, the light and simplified power expander is innovated, the interception width can be increased, the traction force of the net is indirectly provided, meanwhile, the safety of descending, sailing, dragging, net traction and recycling of the power expander is guaranteed, each link can be achieved under the high sea condition, and the safety of the power expander is improved. And the fishing success rate of the large spacecraft under the high sea condition is ensured.
