The invention relates to the technical field of pipe limiting and fixing, in particular to a pipe clamping device, a movable mechanism and an emergency evacuation door grab rail clamping device.The pipe clamping device comprises a mounting base, a connecting rod assembly, a clamping plate assembly and a tightening driving assembly.The connecting rod assembly is folded to achieve stretching and retracting, and the clamping plate assembly is arranged on the mounting base and comprises oppositely-arranged clamping plates; the clamping plates rotate relative to the mounting base, an opening channel is formed between the clamping plates, the connecting rod assembly enters the opening channel after being folded, and when the connecting rod assembly abuts against the tightening driving assembly, the tightening driving assembly drives the clamping plates on the two sides to contract and clamp at least one rod piece of the connecting rod assembly. When the rod piece is folded, the pipe clamping device can be promoted to clamp the rod piece, additional pipe clamping operation is not needed, and operation is convenient.
