The method comprises the steps that image data of a plurality of preset view angles of a target vehicle are acquired respectively, and the target vehicle is located on a lane; the method comprises the steps of obtaining image data of a lane, generating lane attribute characteristics of the lane and corresponding lane attributes based on the image data, fusing the lane attribute characteristics to generate lane planning characteristics and predict lane planning attributes, and integrating the lane planning attributes and the lane attributes to generate a planning path, the lane attributes at least comprise a lane 3D position attribute, a lane intersection attribute, a lane direction attribute and a lane occupation attribute; and acquiring control parameters, generating a control command for the target vehicle based on the control parameters and the planned path, and executing the control command.
