The invention discloses a battery cell matching method and device of a battery pack, a storage medium and a computer program, relates to the technical field of batteries, and discloses the battery cell matching method of the battery pack, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a fitting formula of normal temperature-liquid cooling discharge tail end pressure difference of the battery pack; acquiring a normal-temperature discharge tail end voltage difference of the target battery pack; according to a fitting formula of the normal temperature discharge tail end pressure difference and the normal temperature-liquid cooling discharge tail end pressure difference, obtaining the liquid cooling discharge tail end pressure difference of the target battery pack; and performing cell grouping according to the liquid cooling discharge tail end voltage difference of the target battery pack. And establishing a relation between the discharge end pressure difference of the battery pack under the normal temperature condition and the discharge end pressure difference under the liquid cooling condition through a fitting formula, and substituting the relation into the normal temperature discharge end pressure difference to obtain the liquid cooling discharge end pressure difference. And if the liquid cooling discharge tail end voltage difference is qualified, battery cell matching is carried out in the battery cell matching mode of the target battery pack, liquid cooling condition detection is not needed, the matching scheme is optimized, and the battery cell consistency is improved.
