The invention provides a high-speed motor driving pump system of an electric engineering machine and the electric engineering machine, and relates to the field of electric engineering machines. Comprising a man-machine interaction interface module, a whole vehicle control unit, a power distribution unit PDU, a power battery system, a battery heat manager, a DCDC converter, a low-voltage weak current system, a high-speed hydraulic pump motor controller assembly, a high-speed hydraulic pump motor assembly, a speed reducer assembly, a hydraulic pump assembly and a multi-actuator hydraulic assembly. The subsystems of the whole system communicate through a CAN bus, and a whole vehicle control unit controls power output of the system and controls an actuator to act. Through the related functions of the system, the peak rotating speed of the motor is improved, the power density of the motor is improved, large displacement of the hydraulic pump is kept, the cost is reduced, a high-efficiency area of the hydraulic pump is matched with a high-efficiency area of the motor, and the advantages of good speed regulation characteristic, wide high-efficiency area and the like of an electric drive are exerted.

    本发明提供了电动工程机械高速电机驱动泵系统、及电动工程机械,涉及电动工程机械领域,包括人机交互界面模块、整车控制单元、功率分配单元PDU、动力电池系统、电池热管理器、DCDC转换器、低压弱电系统、高速液压泵电机控制器组件、高速液压泵电机组件、减速机组件、液压泵组件、多执行器液压组件。整个系统的各个子系统通过CAN总线进行通讯,由整车控制单元进行控制系统的动力输出并控制执行器动作。通过本系统的相关功能,提高电机的峰值转速,提高了电机功率密度,同时保持液压泵排量大和降低成本,使得液压泵高效区与电机的高效区相匹配,发挥电驱良好调速特性和高效区宽等优点。
