The invention discloses an electric vehicle and power grid interaction safety regulation and control method and system, and the method comprises the steps that a vehicle-network interaction management and control unit obtains a charging station load regulation and control instruction transmitted by a 5G private network, and the charging station load regulation and control instruction is obtained by power grid data and electric vehicle charging data; the vehicle network interaction management and control unit collects station area load and charging pile state data, uploads the data to the first platform unit through a 5G private network, decomposes a received regulation and control instruction, generates a local control strategy, and issues the local control strategy to the charging and discharging management and control unit; and the vehicle network interaction management and control unit controls the charging and discharging management and control unit to communicate with the charging pile, start and stop the charging pile and adjust the charging output power through the issued local control strategy. The universality and safety of the charging pile can be improved, the communication cost and the calculation amount are reduced, and powerful support is provided for development of the vehicle network interaction technology.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车与电网互动安全调控方法及系统包括,车网互动管控单元获取5G专用网络传输至的充电场站负荷调控指令,充电场站负荷调控指令由电网数据以及电动汽车充电数据获取;车网互动管控单元采集台区负荷、充电桩状态数据,并通过5G专用网络上传至第一平台单元,同时对接收的调控指令进行分解,生成本地控制策略,并下发给充放电管控单元;车网互动管控单元通过下发的本地控制策略控制充放电管控单元与充电桩进行通信、启停、调整充电输出功率。本发明能够提高充电桩的通用性和安全性,降低通信成本和计算量,为车网互动技术的发展提供有力支持。
