The invention provides an intelligent traffic control system, method and device and a medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and the system comprises a road side monitoring sensor which is used for obtaining road scene data in a preset range of a position where the road side monitoring sensor is located; the road side edge server is used for analyzing and processing the received road scene data to determine a driving strategy and a traffic flow scheduling strategy, sending the driving strategy to the corresponding vehicle end signal receiving controller and sending the traffic flow scheduling strategy to the traffic scheduling control end; the vehicle end signal receiving controller is used for performing driving control on the vehicle based on the received driving strategy; and the traffic scheduling control end is used for carrying out traffic flow scheduling on the vehicles on the road based on the received traffic flow scheduling strategy. The invention aims to reduce the implementation cost of intelligent auxiliary driving and widen the application range.
