The invention provides a control system for a rotary motor and the rotary motor, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic control. The control system comprises an unlocking oil cylinder used for holding or releasing an output shaft of the rotary motor, the rotary motor is provided with an oil inlet pipeline, an oil outlet pipeline and an oil discharging pipeline, and the control system further comprises a first shuttle valve and a two-position three-way valve. A first oil inlet of the first shuttle valve is connected with an oil inlet pipeline, and a second oil inlet of the first shuttle valve is connected with an oil return pipeline; an oil inlet of the two-position three-way valve is connected with an oil outlet of the first shuttle valve, an oil output port of the two-position three-way valve is connected with an oil inlet of the unlocking oil cylinder, and an oil discharge port of the two-position three-way valve and an oil outlet of the unlocking oil cylinder are connected with the oil unloading pipeline. According to the control system, a pilot control part of the rotary motor is omitted, and the pressure difference between the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the rotary motor is controlled through different pressure differences of the rotary motor, so that constant pressure of the oil inlet and the oil outlet is guaranteed, pressure impact of the rotary motor is reduced, and system stability is improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于回转马达的控制系统及回转马达,属于液压控制技术领域。该控制系统包括用于对回转马达的输出轴抱紧或释放的解锁油缸,回转马达具有进油管路、出油管路及卸油管路,控制系统还包括第一梭阀及二位三通阀;第一梭阀的第一进油口与进油管路连接,第一梭阀的第二进油口与回油管路连接;二位三通阀的进油口与第一梭阀的出油口连接,二位三通阀的输出油口与解锁油缸的进油口连接,二位三通阀的排出油口及解锁油缸的出油口分别与卸油管路连接。该控制系统取消了回转马达的先导控制部分,通过回转马达自身压差的不同控制回转马达的进出油口之间的压差,以保证进出油口压力恒定,减少回转马达自身的压力冲击,提高系统稳定性。
