In the downward moving process of the supporting unit, the copper electrolysis anode scrap stack downwards presses a connecting plate, a rack is meshed with a gear to drive the gear to rotate, and the copper electrolysis anode scrap stack is conveyed to the conveying unit; and then the gear drives the protection piece to move upwards, so that the protection piece is blocked at the opening of the U-shaped hopper, and the copper electrolysis anode scrap stack is prevented from sliding out of the U-shaped hopper when the fork teeth are pulled away from the lower end of the copper electrolysis anode scrap stack.
