The invention provides an aircraft cooling system (60) and an aircraft (10). An aircraft cooling system (60) is provided with: a rotor (30) capable of generating a thrust force in the vertical direction; a heat generating unit (66) capable of generating a thrust force in the vertical direction; a support unit (cantilever (18)); a structure (second fairing (46)); and a heat exchanger (surface heat exchanger (50)). The heating part (66) is configured below the rotor wing; the supporting part is used for supporting the heating part; the structure protrudes from the supporting part to the rotor wing; the heat exchanger is provided in a structure, the refrigerant heated by the heat-generating unit is introduced into an inlet (fairing inlet (50i)) provided in the heat exchanger, and the refrigerant cooled by the heat exchanger is supplied to the heat-generating unit from an outlet (fairing outlet (50o)) provided in the heat exchanger. Therefore, the heat generating part can be well cooled.
