The anti-fatigue joint structure comprises relieving plates located on the two sides of a rib plate, the relieving plates comprise the upper relieving plate and the lower relieving plate, the upper relieving plate is located at the included angle position of a platform plate and an inner longitudinal wall, the upper side of the upper relieving plate abuts against a longitudinal bone of the inner longitudinal wall, and the lower side of the upper relieving plate abuts against the platform plate; the lower relieving plate is located at the included angle between the platform plate and the inclined side plate, one end of the lower relieving plate abuts against the platform plate longitudinal bone, and the other end of the lower relieving plate abuts against the inclined side plate longitudinal bone. The anti-fatigue joint structure further comprises an insertion plate arranged on the rib plate and a rotary circular plate arranged at the joint of the inclined side plate and the inner longitudinal wall. The fatigue stress level of the joint is comprehensively improved, and the problems of welding deformation, hull weight increase, building cost increase and the like caused by the fact that a super-thick plate is used for improving the joint stress are solved.
