A first motor is started to drive a driving gear to rotate, then a gear ring and a mounting ring in an annular rail are driven to rotate, the rotation is transmitted to a linear driving mechanism through a fixing plate to achieve rotation of the linear driving mechanism, then a second motor is started to drive a lead screw to rotate, a sliding block slides in a bottom rail, and therefore the linear displacement of the sonar detector is adjusted; meanwhile, the mounting ring rotates annularly under the continuous driving of the first motor, the position of the sonar detector is further adjusted, the sonar detector can be adjusted at any position and in any direction through the design, and the flexibility and comprehensiveness of underwater topography detection are greatly improved.
