The system comprises a power supply, positive and negative electrodes of the power supply are respectively connected with a motor driver through wires, the motor driver is connected with an electric control unit, and the electric control unit is connected with a power control unit; a main switch is arranged on a wire for connecting the power supply and the motor driver; the main switch is connected with the electric control unit through the emergency switch and the key switch in sequence; a left-right brake coil, a left-right steering coil and a platform ascending coil are further connected between the electric control unit and the motor driver. The electric control unit is connected with the left-right brake coil through a left-right brake output branch and a left-right brake state branch which are connected in parallel. When the time-delay relay is in a conducting state, the power supply supplies power to the left and right brake coils, so that the left and right brake coils generate a magnetic field and electromotive force; when the current passes through the time delay relay, the switch automatically recovers to the conducting state, and when the time delay is finished, the brake coil automatically loses power, and manual intervention is not needed, so that the convenience and safety of operation can be improved.
