The invention discloses a tilt rotor air test platform and method based on a small multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The tilt rotor air test platform comprises a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle body, wings, a tilt driving mechanism and a sensor system, the multi-rotor aircraft body comprises a first brushless direct current motor, rotors, an electronic speed regulator, a multi-rotor aircraft frame, a receiver and a flight controller; the wing comprises a main beam, a skin and wing ribs; the tilting driving structure comprises tilting nacelles and tilting rotors, and the tilting nacelles are fixedly connected with the two ends of the wings and are in driving connection with the tilting rotors; the tilting nacelle comprises a nacelle shell, and a tilting nacelle receiver, a rotor shaft, a second brushless direct current motor and a tilting steering engine which are arranged in the nacelle shell; and the sensor system is used for monitoring the flight state of the test platform in real time and measuring dynamic signals of the tilting driving structure and the wings. According to the invention, three different flight modes of the tilt-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle can be simulated, and the safety and stability of the test platform in the flight process are ensured by assisting the use of the quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle.
本发明公开了一种基于小型多旋翼无人机的倾转旋翼空中试验平台及方法,包括:多旋翼机身、机翼、倾转驱动机构及传感器系统;多旋翼机身包括:第一无刷直流电机、旋翼、电子调速器、多旋翼机架、接收机及飞行控制器;机翼包括:主梁、蒙皮和翼肋;倾转驱动结构包括:倾转短舱和倾转旋翼,倾转短舱固定连接机翼的两端,并驱动连接倾转旋翼;倾转短舱包括短舱外壳及设置在短舱外壳中的倾转短舱机匣、旋翼轴、第二无刷直流电机、倾转舵机;传感器系统,用于实时监测试验平台的飞行状态,及测量倾转驱动结构和机翼的动力学信号。本发明能够模拟倾转旋翼无人机的三种不同飞行模式,并通过辅助使用四旋翼无人机,确保试验平台在飞行过程中的安全稳定。
