The invention provides a ship block jointed board end face control method. The method comprises the steps that a jig frame is erected and inspected; determining a center line of the jig frame extending along the length direction of the jig frame, and respectively arranging a bearing piece at the head end and the tail end of the jig frame along the center line; a plurality of supporting pieces are arranged at the head end and the tail end of the jig frame in the width direction of the jig frame. A head end datum line and a tail end datum line which are perpendicular to the center line are marked out on the bearing piece and the multiple supporting pieces at the head end and the tail end of the jig frame correspondingly; and according to the center line, the head end datum line and the tail end datum line, the multiple splicing plates are placed on a jig frame to be spliced into ship segments. According to the ship segmented jointed board end face control method, the splicing precision and the splicing efficiency of jointed boards can be improved.

    本发明提供一种船舶分段拼板端面控制方法包括:架设胎架并检验胎架;确定出胎架沿自身长度方向延伸的中心线,并沿中心线在胎架首尾两端分别设置一承载件;沿胎架的宽度方向在胎架首尾两端分别设置多个支撑件;在胎架首尾两端的承载件和多个支撑件分别勘划出与中心线垂直的首端基准线和尾端基准线;依照中心线、首端基准线和尾端基准线,将多个拼板放置在胎架上拼装成船舶分段。上述船舶分段拼板端面控制方法能够提高拼板的拼装精度和提高拼装效率。
