Comprising two fusion detection modules, a brake circuit and an active and passive fusion module, the two fusion detection modules are connected with the brake circuit, and each fusion detection module is connected with the active and passive fusion module; the fusion detection module comprises an active and passive fusion detection host, a photographing module, a passive obstacle detection module, a laser radar, a switch, a vehicle bottom camera, a vehicle control management module and a vehicle-mounted wireless local area network module, the photographing module and the vehicle bottom camera are connected with the switch, and the switch is connected with the active and passive fusion detection host; the passive obstacle detection module, the laser radar, the vehicle control management module and the vehicle-mounted wireless local area network module are respectively connected with the active and passive fusion detection host, and through the above structure, the requirement of real-time performance of rail vehicle operation control is met.
