The invention discloses a control method for reducing noise of an air valve by massaging an air bag of an automobile seat, which is used for realizing gradual change of a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) duty ratio and changing voltage applied to two ends of an inductive switch in the process of controlling the suction or closing of the air valve, and comprises the following steps of: S1, acquiring initial voltage; s2, an air valve opening stage; s3, ensuring an opening stage; s4, an air valve maintaining stage; s5, an air valve release stage; according to the method, a gradual change voltage mode is adopted, the voltage loaded at the two ends of the inductive switch is gradually increased to the voltage V1 from the given initial voltage V0, and the pull-in voltage of the inductive switch is between the voltage V0 and the voltage V1, so that a certain amount of initial voltage is ensured, and soft opening of the inductive switch can be realized without making the voltage V1 too high; the voltage loaded on the two ends of the inductive switch is gradually reduced from the voltage V2 to the voltage 0V, and because the voltage is gradually reduced, the soft closing of the inductive switch can be realized, and the noise and the temperature rise of the air valve can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车座椅气袋按摩降低气阀噪声的控制方法,在控制气阀吸合或关闭过程中,实现PWM占空比渐变,用于改变施加在感性开关两端的电压,包括以下步骤:S1、获取初始电压;S2、气阀开启阶段;S3、保证开启阶段;S4、气阀维持阶段;S5、气阀释放阶段;该方法采用渐变电压的方式,加载在感性开关两端的电压从给定的初始电压V0逐渐增大至电压V1,由于感性开关的吸合电压介于电压V0和电压V1之间,既保证有一定量的初始电压,又不需使电压V1太高,即可实现感性开关的软开启,加载在感性开关两端的电压从电压V2逐渐减少至电压0V,由于电压是渐变减小,即可实现感性开关的软关闭,可有效降低气阀噪声和气阀温升。
