The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, in particular to a vehicle starting control method and device, a vehicle and a computer program product.The method comprises the steps that a starting instruction of a driver is received, and the current alcohol concentration and the current breathing frequency of gas exhaled by the driver are detected; detecting whether the driver is in a drinking state based on the current alcohol concentration, and if the driver is not in the drinking state, detecting whether the current emotional state of the driver is a stable state based on the current breathing frequency; and if the current emotional state is a stable state, controlling the vehicle to start based on the starting instruction. Therefore, the problems that a traditional vehicle starting control method usually only pays attention to the alcohol concentration, but neglects the emotional state of a driver and the like are solved, potential safety hazards caused by active behaviors of the driver are avoided, a safe and positive driving experience is created for the driver, and meanwhile a safer and more harmonious travel environment is created for the whole society.
