The invention discloses an orderly charging and discharging scheduling method for electric vehicles, which adopts a Monte Carlo sampling method to randomly sample the network access states of all electric vehicles (EV) in a researched micro-grid region, and determines the responsivity of an orderly scheduling strategy of EV users in the region. In the EV charging and discharging optimization scheduling process, a two-layer optimization scheduling model is constructed, and a corresponding objective function is established. An IGDT method is adopted to simulate uncertainty of EV vehicle schedulable demand response power, a risk avoidance strategy model is constructed, a maximum estimated value of a deviation coefficient is obtained, and model robustness and system risk avoidance capability are improved. And adopting a CDO algorithm to optimize robust factors in the risk avoidance strategy model. And finally, performing fuzzy normalization processing on an objective function in the two-layer optimization model, and solving the two-layer optimization scheduling model through a PO algorithm. According to the method, the net load peak-valley difference fluctuation in the micro-grid region can be reduced, the comprehensive power utilization cost of the EV user is controlled, and the system stability and the working efficiency are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车有序充放电调度方法,采用蒙特卡洛抽样法对所研究的微电网区域内全部电动汽车(EV)车辆入网状态进行随机采样,确定该区域EV用户有序调度策略响应度。在EV充放电优化调度过程中,构建两层优化调度模型,建立相应目标函数。采用IGDT方法模拟EV车辆可调度需求响应功率的不确定性并构建风险规避策略模型,得到偏差系数的最大预估值,提升模型鲁棒性及系统规避风险能力。采用CDO算法对风险规避策略模型中的鲁棒因子进行优化。最后对两层优化模型中的目标函数进行模糊归一化处理,通过PO算法对两层优化调度模型进行求解。本发明能够减小微电网区域内净负荷峰谷差波动,控制EV用户的综合用电成本,提升系统稳定性及工作效率。
