The invention discloses a brake torque measuring device and method based on an undercarriage connecting rod, belongs to the field of aviation undercarriage integrated tests, and is used for testing the brake torque of an aircraft wheel with an undercarriage in a dynamic brake test process. An undercarriage connecting rod is modified to be used for pasting a strain rosette, an anti-rotation device is designed to fix a cylinder base and the undercarriage connecting rod, the cylinder base is prevented from rotating along with a wheel shaft in the airplane wheel braking process, and the strain rosette is connected with a data acquisition and calculation system through a Teflon cable. And the data acquisition and calculation system acquires current change data of the biaxial strain rosette before and after the brake function is started, and calculates the brake torque of the airplane wheel. The problems that when the brake torque of the airplane brake wheel is measured independently, the measured data are different from the measured data under the actual working condition, the optimal matching of the undercarriage and the airplane wheel cannot be ensured, but the brake torque of the airplane wheel with the undercarriage cannot be tested in a laboratory are solved.

    本发明一种基于起落架连杆的刹车力矩测量装置及方法,属于航空起落架集成试验领域,用于对带起落架的飞机机轮在动态刹车试验过程中测试刹车力矩。通过对起落架连杆进行改造用于粘贴应变花,设计防转动装置固定汽缸座和起落架连杆,防止汽缸座在机轮制动过程中随机轮轴转动,将应变花通过特氟龙线缆与数据采集与计算系统连接,由数据采集与计算系统采集二轴应变花在刹车功能启动前后的电流变化数据,并计算出机轮的刹车力矩。本发明解决了单独对飞机刹车机轮进行刹车力矩测量,所测数据与实际工况下测量数据存在差异,无法保证起落架与机轮的最佳匹配,但无法实现对带起落架的飞机机轮进行试验室刹车力矩测试的问题。
