The invention relates to a crane landing leg system and a crane, the crane landing leg system comprises a frame (1), a landing leg assembly and a second electric push rod (4), the landing leg assembly comprises a first landing leg (2) and a second landing leg (3), the first landing leg (2) is connected with the frame (1), the second landing leg (3) comprises a first electric push rod (31) and a supporting part (32), the first electric push rod (31) is in angular connection with the first landing leg (2), and the supporting part (32) is connected with the first electric push rod (31). The supporting part (32) is connected to the end, away from the first supporting leg (2), of the first electric push rod (31), the supporting part (32) is configured to be supported on a datum plane, the first electric push rod (31) is configured to adjust the length of the second supporting leg (3) through stretching and retracting of the first electric push rod (31), and the stretching and retracting speed of the first electric push rod (31) is adjustable; the second electric push rod (4) is configured to drive the first supporting leg (2) to stretch out and draw back, and the stretching speed of the second electric push rod (4) is adjustable. The crane comprises the crane supporting leg system.
