The method comprises the following steps that side boards are installed on the two sides of an inner longitudinal wall, installation grooves are defined by the side boards and the inner longitudinal wall, longitudinal and transverse wall boards are assembled in the installation grooves to form a frame, and then an outer longitudinal wall is welded to the frame to form a column body; first hangers are installed on the two side boards correspondingly, second hangers are installed on the outer longitudinal wall face, the first hangers, the second hangers and third hangers located on the inner longitudinal wall are hoisted through a hoisting device, the column body is hoisted to be turned over, and the outer longitudinal wall serves as a base face; hoisting the column head to be butted with the column body, and welding the inner longitudinal wall and the column head; hoisting the first hanger, the second hanger and the third hanger by using a hoisting device so as to hoist the column body and the column head to turn over, and taking the inner longitudinal wall as a base plane; and the outer longitudinal wall and the column head are welded to complete the assembly of the lifting column, and then the first lifting weight and the second lifting weight are lifted through a lifting device to enable the lifting column to be upright. The problem that the welding quality is difficult to guarantee due to overhead welding is solved.

    本发明公开了一种起重柱组装方法及起重柱,包括如下步骤:于内纵壁的两侧安装侧舷板,侧舷板与内纵壁围合形成安装槽,于安装槽内组装纵横壁板,形成框架,随后于框架焊接外纵壁,形成柱体;两个侧舷板上分别安装第一吊码,于外纵壁面上安装第二吊码,利用起吊装置吊装第一吊码、第二吊码以及位于内纵壁的第三吊码,起吊柱体进行翻身,并以外纵壁为基面;吊运柱头与柱体对接,焊接内纵壁与柱头;利用起吊装置吊装第一吊码、第二吊码与第三吊码,以起吊柱体和柱头进行翻身,并以内纵壁为基面;焊接外纵壁与柱头,以完成起重柱的组装,随后利用起吊装置吊装第一吊码与第二吊码,以使得起重柱直立。本发明解决了仰焊导致焊接质量难以保证的问题。
