The invention discloses a tiltable rotor structure with a locking mechanism, and belongs to the technical field of rotor aircrafts. In the tiltable rotor wing structure, a rotor wing power assembly comprises a cover body and a rotor wing installed at one end of the cover body; the tilting mechanism assembly is connected with a tilting shaft of the rotor power assembly and used for driving the rotor power assembly to rotate to a first working position and a second working position relative to the wings in the pitching direction of the aircraft. The tilting locking assembly can be operated to lock the rotor wing power assembly at the second working position when the rotor wing power assembly rotates to the second working position and eliminate the vacant position of the rotor wing power assembly at the second working position. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the clearance existing when the rotor wings are located at the working positions is eliminated through the locking assemblies, so that the rotor wings cannot shake due to the clearance in the flight process, abrasion between parts is reduced, the service life of the vehicle body is prolonged, and the flight quality and the flight stability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有锁止机构的可倾转旋翼结构,属于旋翼飞行器技术领域。可倾转旋翼结构中,旋翼动力组件包括罩体以及安装在罩体一端的旋翼;倾转机构组件与旋翼动力组件的倾转轴连接,用于驱动旋翼动力组件相对机翼沿飞行器俯仰方向转动至第一工作位置和第二工作位置;倾转锁止组件可被操作以在旋翼动力组件转动至第二工作位置时,将旋翼动力组件锁止在第二工作位置,并消除旋翼动力组件在第二工作位置时所存在的虚位。本发明通过锁止组件消除旋翼处于工作位置时存在的虚位,使得在飞行过程中旋翼不会因为虚位的存在而发生晃动,从而减少零件之间的磨损,延长机体使用寿命,提高了飞行品质和飞行的稳定性。
