The invention discloses an offshore wind power sharing anchor point device based on a pile foundation and an arrangement method.The offshore wind power sharing anchor point device comprises a floating type draught fan and anchoring system, a single pile foundation and a swivel mechanism arranged on the pile foundation in a sleeving mode, and the swivel mechanism comprises a lower annular bottom plate, an upper annular cover plate, a swivel outer ring, a swivel inner ring, rolling bodies and isolation bodies; the upper annular cover plate, the conversion inner ring and the lower annular bottom plate are sequentially arranged on the pile foundation in a sleeving manner and are fixedly connected; the swivel outer ring is located between the upper annular bottom plate and the lower annular bottom plate, the swivel outer ring and the swivel inner ring are coaxially arranged, the isolation body and the rolling body are distributed between the swivel outer ring and the swivel inner ring, and the isolation body is fixedly connected with the swivel inner ring. An existing pile foundation of an offshore structure is used as a carrier of the floating type fan foundation anchoring system, a plurality of floating type fan foundations can be anchored, matching arrangement of floating type fans and fixed type fans is achieved, the comprehensive utilization rate of the structure is effectively improved, the reliability of the anchoring system is improved, and the service life of the floating type fan foundations is prolonged. And the construction cost of the floating type fan foundation is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于桩基础的海上风电共享锚点装置及布置方法,包括漂浮式风机及锚泊系统、单桩基础以及套装在桩基础上的转环机构,转环机构包括下环形底板、上环形盖板、转环外圈、转环内圈、滚动体和隔离体,上环形盖板、转换内圈和下环形底板依次套装在桩基础上,且固定连接;转环外圈位于上、下环形底板之间,与转环内圈同轴设置,隔离体和滚动体分布在转环外圈和转环内圈之间,隔离体与转环内圈固定连接。本发明利用海上构筑物已有的桩基础作为漂浮式风机基础锚固系统的载体,可锚固多个漂浮式风机基础,实现了漂浮式风机和固定式风机的搭配布置,进而有效提高构筑物的综合利用率,增加锚固系统的可靠性,并降低漂浮式风机基础的建设成本。
