The invention discloses a wheel positioning parameter adjusting method and device, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the wheel positioning parameter adjusting method comprises the following steps: obtaining a comparison table of driving working conditions-execution mechanism arrangement points-optimal target hard point coordinates-optimal wheel positioning parameters through a preposed simulation test; determining an optimal target hard point coordinate and an optimal wheel positioning parameter corresponding to a current driving condition and an execution mechanism arrangement point by looking up a table; and controlling the execution mechanism to output an adjustment instruction to adjust the spatial position of the target hard point to the optimal target hard point coordinate, thereby indirectly adjusting the current wheel positioning parameter of the suspension system to the optimal wheel positioning parameter. According to the method, the wheel positioning parameters such as the actual camber angle, the toe-in angle, the kingpin camber angle and the kingpin caster angle can be continuously and actively adjusted in a targeted mode according to different driving working conditions, the flexibility is high, the adjusting range is large, and the driving stability of the whole vehicle can be improved.

    一种车轮定位参数调节方法及调节装置,涉及车辆技术领域,所述车轮定位参数调节方法包括如下步骤:通过前置仿真试验获取“行驶工况‑执行机构布置点‑最优目标硬点坐标‑最优车轮定位参数”对照表;通过查表确定当前的行驶工况和执行机构布置点所对应的最优目标硬点坐标和最优车轮定位参数;控制执行机构输出调整指令将目标硬点的空间位置调整至最优目标硬点坐标,从而间接将悬架系统的当前车轮定位参数调整为最优车轮定位参数。本发明可针对不同的行驶工况对实外倾角、前束角、主销外倾角和主销后倾角等车轮定位参数进行针对性的连续主动调节,灵活度高,调节范围大,有利于提高整车的行驶稳定性。
