The invention provides an anti-climbing system, a control method of the anti-climbing system and a train, and can be applied to the technical field of rail train safety. The anti-creeping system comprises an anti-creeper which comprises an anti-creeper body, an energy absorber and a gas generator, wherein the gas generator comprises a main gas generator and a redundant gas generator; the controller comprises a main control end and a redundancy control end, the main control end is used for sending a first electric pulse signal to the main gas generator, and the redundancy control end is used for sending a second electric pulse signal to the redundancy gas generator; the main gas generator is used for generating first gas based on the received first electric pulse signal, so that the first gas pushes the energy absorber to pop out of the anti-creeper body to absorb energy; and the redundant gas generator is used for generating second gas based on a received second electric pulse signal under the condition of determining that the main gas generator does not generate the first gas, so that the second gas pushes the energy absorber to pop out of the anti-creeper body to absorb energy.
