The invention relates to an automatic charging management control method and system for a vehicle-mounted low-voltage storage battery, and the method comprises the steps: determining whether a vehicle is in a power-on state or not through a vehicle power state issued by a power control system by a vehicle controller; if the vehicle is in a power-on state, when an engine does not work or a power converter does not work, capacity information of a storage battery is checked through a storage battery capacity sensor, the vehicle starting safety state is collected through a vehicle body controller, and when the capacity information of the storage battery is lower than a set threshold value, the vehicle is started; the whole vehicle controller sends storage battery capacity information to an instrument and a mobile phone APP for sound and light prompting, whether a vehicle cab is in a starting safety state or not is analyzed according to the cab lifting state and a main/auxiliary driving door closing signal, and the whole vehicle controller starts an engine or a power converter through a CAN bus. The rotating speed of the engine is adjusted to the economic rotating speed to charge the storage battery; and after charging is completed and the vehicle is checked and confirmed to be in a non-driving state, the vehicle control unit turns off the engine or the power converter through the CAN bus.

    本发明涉及一种车载低压蓄电池自动充电管理控制方法及系统,整车控制器通过电源控制系统发布的车辆电源状态,确定车辆是否处于上电状态;若车辆处于上电状态,在发动机未工作或电源转换器未工作时,通过蓄电池容量传感器检查蓄电池容量信息,并通过车身控制器采集车辆启动安全状态,当蓄电池容量信息低于设定阈值,整车控制器将蓄电池容量信息发送至仪表和手机APP进行声光提示,并通过驾驶室举升状态、主/副驾车门关闭信号分析车辆驾驶室是否处于启动安全状态,整车控制器通过CAN总线启动发动机或电源转换器,并将发动机转速调整至经济转速给蓄电池充电;充电完成后,检查确认车辆处于非行驶状态后,整车控制器通过CAN总线关闭发动机或电源转换器。
