The invention relates to a ventilation compensation method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The ventilation compensation method comprises the steps that after a vehicle is started, the speed of the vehicle and the air quality in the vehicle are monitored; under the condition that the vehicle is in a static state and air in the vehicle is poor, the current air exchange speed in the vehicle is monitored; and if the current air exchange speed in the vehicle is smaller than the air exchange threshold value, an air conditioner air outlet beside the target vehicle window is controlled to be aligned with the opened target vehicle window to blow air, so that the air pressure difference at the target vehicle window is increased, and air exchange compensation is achieved. By means of the ventilation compensation method, the problem that in the prior art, the ventilation speed is low in the static scene after the vehicle is started can be solved.
