The invention discloses mining anti-tear and anti-aging sidewall rubber, and belongs to the technical field of tires. According to the technical scheme, the rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a rubber component, 45 to 53 parts of carbon black, 4 to 6 parts of tackifying resin, 5 to 8 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3 to 5 parts of a homogenizing anti-tearing agent, 6 to 8 parts of an oil processing aid, 2 to 2.5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 3 to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 1.5 parts of stearic acid, 1.3 to 1.6 parts of sulfur and 1.2 to 1.8 parts of an accelerant. The invention provides the sidewall rubber which is suitable for long-term use in surface mines and has a certain requirement on the tear resistance of the sidewall, the aging resistance of the sidewall rubber is improved, the tear/cutting resistance of the sidewall is improved, and the influence of the tear damage of the sidewall on the service life of the tire is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种矿用抗撕裂耐老化胎侧胶,属于轮胎技术领域。其技术方案为:以重量份数计,包括以下组分:橡胶组分100份、炭黑45‑53份、增粘树脂4‑6份、防老剂5‑8份、匀化抗撕裂剂3‑5份、油类加工助剂6‑8份、微晶蜡2‑2.5份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸1‑1.5份、硫磺1.3‑1.6份、促进剂1.2‑1.8份。本发明提供了一种适合于露天矿山长期使用,且对胎侧抗撕裂性能有一定要求的胎侧胶,在提高胎侧胶耐老化性能的同时,提高了胎侧的抗撕裂/切割性能,降低了胎侧撕裂损伤对轮胎寿命的影响。
