The invention discloses a shape-adjusting assembly method and device for an airfoil type large thin-walled workpiece, and the method comprises the steps: deducing the final posture position of each node meeting the allowable stress requirement and the assembly error range based on an assembly target position, and solving a plurality of groups of position solutions of the nodes; and the multiple groups of position solutions of the nodes are optimized based on the target function and the constraint conditions, the assembly error range is met, the internal stress of the thin-wall part is minimum, the optimal position solution of the nodes is finally obtained, and the optimal posture of the thin-wall part is obtained. And the thin-wall part is adjusted to the optimal posture by moving all the nodes. And finally, the thin-wall part is integrally moved to the assembly body, the thin-wall part is attached to the assembly body, and final assembly is completed. According to the method, the position of each attitude adjusting node of the thin-wall part is solved, so that the internal stress on each node is minimum, the thin-wall part is prevented from plastic deformation in the assembly process, the product quality is improved, and the method has relatively good practicability.

    本发明公开了一种翼面类大型薄壁件的调形装配方法及装置,基于装配目标位置,推导满足许用应力需求及装配误差范围的各个节点的最终姿态位置,并求解出节点的多组位置解。基于目标函数和约束条件对节点的多组位置解进行优化,满足装配误差范围,且薄壁件内应力最小,最终得到节点的最优位置解,得到薄壁件的最优姿态。通过移动各个节点,将薄壁件调整至最优姿态。最后,将薄壁件整体移动至装配体,将薄壁件与装配体贴合,完成最终装配。本发明通过求解薄壁件各调姿节点位置,保证各节点处所受内应力最小,进而保证装配过程中薄壁件不发生塑性形变,提升产品质量,具有较好的实用性。
