    本发明涉及物料输送技术领域,公开了一种智能AGV无人搬运车,包括车架,行走模组驱动车架移动,导航模组识别工作环境并控制行走模组移动及转向,夹持模组包括转头、连接部、装载板、位置传感器及装夹组件,连接部配合在转头一侧,连接部上对称地设置有第一顶升件,在第一顶升件作用下,装夹组件与工件挤压时自动收紧,形成对工件端部包裹的夹持部位,本发明针对圆柱状工件进行夹取搬运时,首先利用了弹性钢片具有“记忆变形”的特点,直接与工件触碰即可实现夹取,无须设置依靠一定动力驱动的夹持作用部位,装夹组件实现的是对工件两端进行包裹式的夹持方式,形成的夹持部位也是防护部位,可以有效地防止在搬运过程中工件的边角部位受到磕碰损伤。
