The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system with mechanical backup, which comprises an EMB dry brake system and a wet brake backup system, the EMB dry brake system realizes full decoupling brake-by-wire in a mode of being equipped with a wheel end brake motor, and the wet brake system exists in a mode of providing redundant backup. The wet brake system comprises a brake master cylinder, a master cylinder, a brake pedal, a pedal travel sensor, a pedal simulator and the like, a first hydraulic cavity and a second hydraulic cavity are formed in the master cylinder, and a first hydraulic loop and a second hydraulic loop are formed in the first hydraulic cavity and the second hydraulic cavity respectively; the dry-type braking system has the technical advantages of dry-type braking, and the high safety level can still be kept when the system fails under the extreme working condition; compared with a traditional hydraulic braking system, the system is shorter in response time, shorter in braking distance and better in whole vehicle endurance, and meanwhile, the system is suitable for higher-order L2 + L4 intelligent driving; compared with a pure dry type backup drive-by-wire braking EMB system, the reliability is higher, and meanwhile the whole system has the cost advantage.

    本发明公开了一种拥有机械备份的线控制动系统,包括EMB干式制动系统和湿式制动备份系统,EMB干式制动系统以配备轮端制动电机的方式实现全解耦式线控制动,湿式制动系统以提供冗余备份的方式存在,湿式制动系统包括制动总泵、主缸、制动踏板、踏板行程传感器、踏板模拟器等,主缸形成有第一液压腔和第二液压腔,第一液压腔、第二液压腔分别形成有第一液压回路、第二液压回路;本发明既拥有干式制动的技术优势,又能在极端工况失效时依然保持较高的安全等级;相比于传统的液压制动的系统响应时间更快、制动距离更短、整车续航更优,同时适配更高阶L2+至L4智能驾驶;相比于纯干式备份的线控制动EMB系统的可靠性更高,同时整体系统具备成本优势。
