The invention discloses a compensation structure with strong anti-offset constant output characteristics and a parameter construction method thereof. The compensation structure comprises a voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply, a full-bridge inverter circuit, a primary side compensation coil, a primary side compensation capacitor structure, a primary side transmitting coil, a secondary side receiving coil, a secondary side compensation structure and a rectification filter circuit, by introducing a stable factor, any limitation of mutual inductance change correlation between a primary transmitting coil and a secondary receiving coil, between a primary compensating coil and a primary transmitting coil and between the primary compensating coil and the secondary receiving coil in a tolerance design range is eliminated; the primary transmitting coil and the secondary receiving coil are provided with more design freedom degrees, so that the primary transmitting coil and the secondary receiving coil can be adapted to various wireless power transmission occasions; by reasonably designing parameters of each element of the compensation structure, the compensation structure can have two channel output modes of constant output voltage and constant output current at the same time, and the output voltage and the output current have very small fluctuation in a coil offset process, so that the compensation structure has very strong anti-offset constant output characteristic.
