The invention discloses a self-adaptive control method and system for a centrifugal hammer type speed governor triggering device, and relates to the technical field of elevator safety devices.The real-time running state information of a centrifugal hammer type speed governor is obtained for data triggering control analysis, and triggering conditions and control rules are set according to the analysis result; judging whether the centrifugal hammer type speed limiter meets a triggering condition or not; if yes, the trigger device is activated, a release signal is generated and sent to the firing pin unit, and the centrifugal hammer type speed limiter is struck; and a trigger prediction result is obtained, the firing pin trigger time in the release signal is dynamically adjusted, the firing pin release time is optimized according to the trigger adjustment time, and striking control is conducted on the centrifugal hammer type speed limiter. The technical problem of false triggering or delayed triggering of the centrifugal hammer type triggering device due to low control precision in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect of providing a more stable, accurate and reliable speed limiting protection and triggering mode for the centrifugal hammer type triggering device is achieved.
本发明公开了离心锤式限速器触发装置的自适应控制方法及系统,涉及电梯安全装置技术领域,获取离心锤式限速器的实时运行状态信息进行数据触发控制分析,根据分析结果设定触发条件与控制规则;判断离心锤式限速器是否满足触发条件;若满足,则激活触发装置,生成释放信号发送至撞针单元,对离心锤式限速器进行击打;获取触发预测结果,对释放信号内撞针触发时刻进行动态调整,按照触发调整时刻优化释放撞针时刻,对离心锤式限速器进行击打控制。本发明解决了现有技术中由于控制精度低,导致离心锤式触发装置存在误触发或延迟触发的技术问题,达到了为离心锤式触发装置提供更稳定、准确、可靠的限速保护和触发方式的技术效果。
