Limiting grooves with different angles are formed in the stepping execution connecting shaft, the stepping execution connecting shaft is connected with the rotating output shaft through the coupler, the stepping motor drives the stepping execution connecting shaft to rotate through the rotating output shaft and the coupler, and then the rotating plates are released in sequence. The cable has the advantages of light weight per unit length, wear resistance, tensile strength, convenience in use and the like.
本发明属于海洋水下观测领域,具体地说是一种水下步进多联释放机构,步进电机固定在密封腔体内,旋转输出轴密封转动安装在密封腔体上,旋转输出轴内侧与步进电机的输出端相连,旋转输出轴的外侧用于连接联轴器;上盖板与侧立板相连于底板上,两侧立板之间设置了多个能够转动的转板,相邻两转板间设有限位板,转板与衬板之间设有弹簧,小横轴依次穿过侧立板、转板与限位板,侧立板的一端穿有步进执行连接轴,步进执行连接轴开有不同角度的限位槽,步进执行连接轴通过联轴器与旋转输出轴相连,步进电机通过旋转输出轴、联轴器带动步进执行连接轴旋转,进而使各转板依次释放。本发明具有单位长度重量轻、耐磨、抗拉和使用方便等优点。
