The invention relates to a hybrid power system starting gear shifting method, system and equipment and a medium.     本发明涉及一种混动系统起步换挡方法、系统、设备和介质,方法包括以下步骤:车辆上高压状态,进入ready模式,驾驶员操作换挡手柄执行换挡操作,进入D挡。车辆起步行驶,通过对车速、油门开度、EM2电机的实时转速、扭矩进行采集计算,当计算数据动力满足要求,变速箱内部不执行换挡操作,EM2电机驱动,较少的摩擦副带入运转,运转效率高,经济性好;当计算数据需要提升动力,整车控制器发出换挡指令,变速箱控制单元执行换挡,EM1电机介入驱动,此时进行双电机驱动行驶,提升动力性。本发明通过起步换挡策略,可有效规避换挡时同步器动作产生的声音,提升客户满意度;通过不同模式下的换挡策略区分,更能有效利用变速箱效率。
