The controller can receive a brake temperature signal detected by the first temperature sensor, an environment temperature signal detected by the second temperature sensor and an altitude height change value signal of the altitude monitor within a certain time, and after the received signals are comprehensively evaluated, if it is judged that the temperature of the brake is too high, the brake can be controlled to work. And if yes, the controller controls the water spraying part to spray water to the brake. By means of the brake cooling device, when the temperature of the brake is too high, the brake can be automatically cooled, and therefore the problem that in the prior art, a driver needs to manually switch on and off the brake cooling device, and potential safety hazards are likely to occur is effectively solved.
