The invention provides a disengagement mechanism control method and system, a motor controller and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the wheel speed of a wheel at the azimuth side of a motor and the real-time rotation speed of the motor when the combination condition of the disengagement mechanism is satisfied; determining a first target rotating speed based on the wheel speed; based on the first target rotating speed, the real-time rotating speed and a first threshold value, determining a combination stage of the disengagement mechanism; according to the combination stage, a control strategy is determined based on the first target rotating speed or the real-time rotating speed; wherein the combination stage comprises a tooth leaning control stage and a speed regulation combination stage. According to the control method, noise control in the speed regulation process can be realized, and the rotating speed regulation time of the driving motor is considered to the greatest extent.

    本发明提供一种脱开机构控制方法、系统、电机控制器及存储介质,包括:当满足脱开机构的结合条件时,获取电机所在方位侧的车轮轮速以及电机的实时转速;基于车轮轮速,确定第一目标转速;基于第一目标转速、实时转速以及第一阈值,确定脱开机构的结合阶段;根据结合阶段,基于第一目标转速或实时转速,确定控制策略;其中,结合阶段包括靠齿控制阶段与调速结合阶段。该控制方法可以实现调速过程中的噪声控制,并且最大程度兼顾驱动电机的转速调节时间。
