The invention discloses a storage tank fuel remaining amount estimation method based on data driving, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, collecting data, constructing a data set, preprocessing the data of the data set, dividing into a training set and a test set, then extracting basic characteristics of the preprocessed data, and extracting high-order time series data based on the basic characteristics; constructing a fuel remaining amount estimation model, and training the model; and finally, estimating the fuel remaining amount in real time based on the trained fuel remaining amount estimation model. According to the scheme, the requirement for hardware sensor equipment is low, only equipment such as a rod type liquid level meter needs to be arranged in the storage tank, other various sensors do not need to be erected, and the cost of a fuel remaining amount estimation system can be reduced; meanwhile, a data driving method is adopted in the scheme, the training target is simple, the training process is stable, the model obtained after training can cover more inherent rules and modes of fuel liquid level shaking through data and feature analysis, and the estimation precision of the fuel remaining amount is higher.

    本发明公开了一种基于数据驱动的贮箱燃料余量估计方法,首先收集数据并构建数据集,对数据集的数据进行预处理,并划分训练集和测试集,之后对预处理的数据进行基础特征提取,并基于该基础特征提取高阶时序数据;构建燃料余量估计模型,并对模型进行训练;最后基于训练后的燃料余量估计模型对燃料余量进行实时估计。本发明的方案对硬件传感器设备要求较低,只需要在贮箱内设置杆式液位计等设备,无需架设其他多种传感器,可以降低燃料余量估计系统的成本;同时本方案采用数据驱动的方法,训练目标简单,训练过程稳定,通过对数据和特征的分析,训练后获取的模型可覆盖更多燃料液面晃动内在规律和模式,对燃料余量的估计精度更高。
