The invention discloses a curve alpha slope steel sleeper module which comprises a curve alpha slope steel sleeper base, a pair of curve elastic strip arc rail pressing devices, B-type elastic strips and studs. The pair of curved elastic strip arc-shaped rail pressing devices is divided into a first curved elastic strip arc-shaped rail pressing device located on the inclined inner side of the curved steel rail and a second curved elastic strip arc-shaped rail pressing device located on the inclined outer side of the curved steel rail, and a first curved elastic strip lower arc-shaped insulation pad is arranged between the first curved elastic strip arc-shaped rail pressing device and the corresponding side of the curved steel rail. A second curve elastic strip lower arc-shaped insulation pad is arranged between the second curve elastic strip arc-shaped rail pressing device and the corresponding side of the curve steel rail. The multi-vector curve steel rail pad weighing sensor module is used in cooperation with the multi-vector curve steel rail pad weighing sensor module in a railway curve curve line section, so that the measurement effect is better, and the vibration influence before a vehicle enters a weighing area can be reduced; the curve steel rail of the vehicle entering the weighing area is rounder and stable, the gauge is more standard, the force transmission is more vivid, and the measurement data acquisition is more stable and accurate.

    本发明公开了一种曲线α斜坡钢枕模块,包括曲线α斜坡钢枕座、一对曲线弹条弧形压轨器以及B型弹条和双头螺栓,一对曲线弹条弧形压轨器分为位于曲线钢轨倾斜内侧的一号曲线弹条弧形压轨器和位于曲线钢轨倾斜外侧的二号曲线弹条弧形压轨器,一号曲线弹条弧形压轨器和曲线钢轨对应侧之间设有一号曲线弹条下弧形绝缘垫,二号曲线弹条弧形压轨器和曲线钢轨对应侧之间设有二号曲线弹条下弧形绝缘垫。本发明在铁路曲线弯道线路路段与多矢量曲线钢轨轨垫称重传感器模块配合使用下的计量效果更佳,有利于降低车辆进入称量区域前的震动影响,使车辆进入称量区域的曲线钢轨更加圆润、平稳、轨距更加标准、力的传递更加逼真、计量数据的采集更加稳定和精准。
