The invention provides a quick emergency lowering control system of a hydraulic crane. The quick emergency lowering control system comprises a manual pump, an oil cylinder, an oil cylinder valve group, a lifting motor, a winch valve group and a hydraulic rotary motor, the manual pump is connected with the main valve through the control valve set, an oil cylinder working piece, a winch working piece and a rotating working piece are arranged in the main valve, the oil cylinder working piece is connected with the oil cylinder through the oil cylinder valve set, the winch working piece is connected with the lifting motor through the winch valve set, and the control valve set comprises a manual ball valve, a first manual reversing valve and a second manual reversing valve. Wherein the first hand-operated direction valve is used for communicating with a winch valve group, and the second hand-operated direction valve is used for communicating with an oil cylinder valve group; according to the standard requirements of hoisting equipment, namely when the load is released emergently, the system can safely and quickly release the cargo boom and the hoisted load only by providing lower control signal pressure oil through the manual pump manually, so that time and labor are saved.

    本文提出了一种液压起重机的快速应急下放控制系统,包括手动泵,油缸、油缸阀组、起升马达、绞车阀组和液压回转马达。手动泵通过控制阀组与主阀相连,主阀内部设有油缸工作片、绞车工作片和回转工作片,其中油缸工作片通过油缸阀组与油缸相连,绞车工作片通过绞车阀组与起升马达相连,控制阀组包括手动球阀、第一手动换向阀和第二手动换向阀,其中第一手动换向阀用于连通绞车阀组,第二手动换向阀用于连通油缸阀组;本系统根据起重设备规范要求,即在应急释放负载时,只需要人力通过手动泵提供较低的控制信号压力油,就可以安全、快速释放起重臂和所起吊的负载,省时省力。
