And the problem that the winch and the main lifting arm are easy to bear unbalance loading and are damaged in the process of lifting and dropping a relatively long lifted object by the double-winch lifting appliance is solved.

    本发明公开了一种偏载调整控制方法、系统、设备及存储介质,涉及吊具偏载调整技术领域,其中,偏载调整控制方法用于双卷扬吊具的偏载调整,双卷扬吊具包括主吊臂与吊具本体,吊具本体具有两个吊装端,主吊臂通过两个卷扬机牵引连接至两个吊装端;偏载调整控制方法包括:获取两个吊装端的实际偏载参数、以及卷扬机的收放绳信息;在实际偏载参数大于预设偏载参数时,根据实际偏载参数与收放绳信息确定两个卷扬机的转速调整参数,并控制两个卷扬机根据对应的转速调整参数调整输出转速,本发明提供的技术方案,缓解了双卷扬吊具在吊起和落放较长被吊物的过程中,卷扬机和主吊臂容易承受偏载而受损的问题。
