The speed measuring mechanism detects the moving speed of the lift car and sends the moving speed to the electric lifting mechanism, and the electric lifting mechanism drives the upward pulling block to move upwards when the moving speed exceeds a set threshold value. 本发明公开了一种制动力可控双向安全钳‑限速器集成装置,包括外壳、上下安全钳对、反向传动机构、测速机构以及电动提拉机构,上下安全钳对以上下对称方式安装在外壳内,并在上、下移动时由导向结构导向使楔块靠拢或分开,反向传动机构包括上拉块、上拉杆、转盘、下拉杆和下拉块,上拉块与上安全钳对通过上滑动销配合并通过上拉杆连接转盘,下拉块与下安全钳对通过下滑动销配合并通过下拉杆连接转盘,转盘转动使上下拉块同步动作,测速机构检测轿厢移动速度并发送至电动提拉机构,电动提拉机构在移动速度超过设定阈值时,驱动上拉块上移。本发明采用双向夹持,上下同步动作结构紧凑,由电动提拉机构施加制动力矩使制动力灵活可控,稳定性好。
