The invention provides an installation control system of a ship fin stabilizer executing mechanism. The installation control system comprises a guiding unit, an angle adjusting unit, a position adjusting unit and a control unit. The guide unit comprises a guide seat, a guide unit guide piece and at least one guide unit moving piece; the position adjusting unit is movably connected with the guide unit; the position adjusting unit comprises a supporting base, a first direction moving assembly and a second direction moving assembly. The angle adjusting unit is connected with the guide unit; the angle adjusting unit is used for adjusting the angle of the guide unit relative to the center line of the fin seat hole in the cabin; the control unit is in communication connection with the angle adjusting unit and the position adjusting unit. Through electrified automatic adjustment of multiple dimensions such as front and back, left and right, up and down, angle and the like of the execution mechanism, accurate installation and positioning of the execution mechanism and real-time adjustment in the positioning and installation process can be achieved.
