The method comprises the steps that driver intention recognition is conducted; identifying the braking condition classification of the hydrostatic drive tracked vehicle; based on the driver intention recognition result and the braking condition classification result, a corresponding preset braking mode is selected to brake the vehicle; based on the corresponding preset braking mode, braking force is distributed; braking the hydrostatic drive tracked vehicle based on the distributed braking force, and identifying the work of an energy accumulator; the actual braking deceleration of the vehicle is determined based on the actual braking force borne by the vehicle in the hydrostatic driving tracked vehicle braking process; and based on the actual braking deceleration of the vehicle, the braking condition classification of the hydrostatic driving tracked vehicle is recognized again, and braking optimization of the hydrostatic driving tracked vehicle is completed. Hydraulic braking and mechanical braking can be reasonably matched, a braking control thought and a braking control strategy are given, the energy recovery efficiency of the system can be improved, the reliability can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged.
本发明提出了一种静液驱动履带车辆制动优化方法及系统,包括:进行驾驶员意图识别;识别静液驱动履带车辆的制动情况分类;基于驾驶员意图识别结果和制动情况分类结果,选择对应的预设制动方式对车辆进行制动;基于对应的预设制动方式,进行制动力分配;基于分配后的制动力对静液驱动履带车辆制动,并进行蓄能器工作辨识;基于静液驱动履带车辆制动中车辆所受实际制动力,确定车辆实际的制动减速度;基于车辆实际的制动减速度,重新识别静液驱动履带车辆的制动情况分类,完成对静液驱动履带车辆制动优化。本发明能合理匹配液压制动和机械制动,给出制动控制思路以及制动控制策略,既能提高系统能量回收效率,也能提升可靠性和使用寿命。
